  I would overall say, excluding the interaction with receptionist staff, we had a good time

  Liked: It was great that all amenities were included, and there was a wide choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — a great place for families, couples, and friends.

  Disliked: While the hotel itself is lovely — beautiful beach views, great food, and excellent facilities — the experience was significantly let down by the staff, particularly the receptionist, Diana, and deputy manager, Julianne. From the moment we arrived, we were met with an unexpectedly rude and dismissive attitude. We came to enquire about a stay and were made to feel as though our custom was an inconvenience rather than welcomed. Diana appeared entirely uninterested in helping, gave the impression that guest comfort or satisfaction simply was not a priority, and was abrupt throughout our interaction. What was most surprising, however, was the handling by management. After asking to speak with the manager, we were told he did not want to speak to us. He came out, looked at us, and refused to engage, despite us being prospective paying guests attempting to book directly with the hotel. The contrast between the quality of the hotel itself and the behaviour of staff was genuinely disappointing. It unfortunately left a lasting impression and impacted what could otherwise have been a very positive experience. We will be making a formal complaint, as this level of service felt far below what one would reasonably expect.

  Liked: The prices are good, and the staff relaxed

  Disliked: The food wasn’t good, almost the same thing everyday, quality of it very basic, watee glasses very dirty I was very happy to go there but wasn’t what I expected, the food disappointed me ( very sad)

  Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms. Good food. Surprisingly how busy it was,always a table in the restaurant. All staff were friendly.
