  Great little property!

  Liked: Great location, 5 minutes walk to the marina with great facilities. Villa was clean with everything you needed

  Disliked: Not a downside, but the outside area was small - comfortable for 2 people, but would be a squeeze for 4

  The top half of the villa with the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. However, as explained downstairs was very disappo

  Liked: Position of the property was ideal. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

  Disliked: The downstairs toilet flooded twice whilst we were there, leaving a disgusting smell. the second time was on our last night. They did come and try to sort it but just abandoned it in the end not even taking the dirty towels away that we had used to stop the water spreading. We have not been offered any form of refund or compensation and we have not heard from them since.Also the ground floor walls are all covered in blistering plaster after a burst pipe sometime previously.If a family were to stay there after us then they would be very disappointed with the conditions.

  Great Villa close to everything

  Liked: Lovely bright clean property. Very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Really close to bars and restaurants and a great area for walking. Marcia was a super host and we’d definitely book again. Thanks so much x

  Faultless stay

  Liked: The villa itself was perfect, private outside space, plenty of room. Clean and tidy, furnished beautifully. Had everything you need, well stocked kitchen, two great en suite shower facilities, handy utility area to the rear. Villa was five minute walk to the lovely Marina Rubicon. Bars and restaurants a plenty. The weather helped a lot, warm, cloudless skies in December. Fabulous holiday
