  Liked: Great size villa for group of travellers, as each bedroom had its own bathroom. The host was a lovely lady and responsive to issues raised; also permitted early check-in and slightly later check-out. Good location, close enough to everything you need, but far enough away from busy areas for rest and relaxation.

  Disliked: Disappointed on arrival at a few issues which we felt should have been addressed beforehand, although host arranged for some to be addressed very quickly. The pool loungers were in dirty, poor condition, and both the lounger base and cushions needed scrubbing before they could be used!

  The perfect apartment

  Liked: Our holiday was absolutely fantastic, the host couldn't do more for us. They met us on arrival. Showed us round, a few complimentary bits, wine and bagged nuts. The apartment is split into 2 areas which worked great as we went away as 2 couples. Pool was cleaned every 2 days and we had an issue with the electric tripping which the host helped us sort out quickly. Then we noticed the fridge freezer wasnt working, ao I contacted the host again and within an hour there was a new one in its place while we were out, absolutely outstanding. Thank you

  Fantastic villa, pool and host

  Liked: Marcia was a lovely host and was there to greet us! Easy to contact host. Villa was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was amazing. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Would return in a heartbeat ❤️

  Fantastic/professional host, Marcia. Great property, well equipped, sea views, large swim. pool

  Liked: Marcia is a very professional host, great communication, friendly and had accommodated our needs when asked. The property was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Great terrace with sea views and protected from the wind. Pretty garden and trees helped for privacy when using swimming pool. Large swimming pool with very good deckchairs/table chairs. Sea side at a short walking distance. Useful off road parking. Flamingo beach less than half an hour walk.

The villa consists of two completely separate flats or floors, which are not connected internally. The only access between the two floors is via the external stairs located next to the swimming pool.

🔹 Opening of the lower apartment:

The ground floor apartment will only be made available when the booking is for more than 4 people.

If the number of guests included in the booking is less than 4, the opening of the lower apartment will incur an additional supplement, the amount of which must be checked with the owner in advance.

🔹 Maximum occupancy:

The number of occupants of the villa will be as stated in the booking and will be verified during check-in.

No more people than the number of places booked are allowed to stay, and in the event of non-compliance, an additional charge per person per day will be applied.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
