Serena Del Mar resort by Livvo is a great place to stay for a peaceful relaxing break
Liked: Beautiful and clean. Lovely views. Small private pool in the front of each villa. Nice, contemporary decor. Well equipped spacious kitchen. Fabulously spacious communal pool area, with great views and always lots of beds even at full occupancy. Lovely quiet location, very peaceful guests. Great hosts, Natalie was extremely helpful. No mosquitoes!!! A really lovely place overall. We were contacted the day before we arrived to explain our accommodation was double booked, so this feedback is associated with Serena Del Mar resort by Livvo a secondary property in their portfolio.
Disliked: The AirCon didn’t work for our 6 night stay. The team were very helpful and managed to get an engineer out on day 5 of our stay, but it didn’t get sorted. It was extremely warm, so we had doors open and all windows.

Liked: Stunning villa, lovely pool, brilliant amenities. Very clean. Even lovely clean smell. Fresh towels for bathrooms and pool. Pool cleaned several times including complete empty clean and fresh water once. Very spacious, lovely balcony and roof terrace. Great hosts. Very responsive
Disliked: Nothing at all but car or taxis required due to being slightly remote. Taxis very cheap and reliable
Liked: Everything was lovely and clean. Big pool was fab. Everything u need.
Disliked: Nothing apart from a little welcome pack would hv been nice as we got there late.

Liked: Superb Villa We had a lovely stay at Serena Villas. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was really well equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine, and it was a nice surprise to find kitchen roll provided too! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. We stayed in Villa 11, which had amazing views from the back. The pool was a great size for cooling off and relaxing after a day out. We'd definitely recommend Serena Villas and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Disliked: You need to hire a car as its a little out of Playa Blanca. We hired a car, used the local taxi's and even used a bus to get to Playa del Carmen with no problems at all.
