  Liked: Was very sceptical after reading reviews after booking but honestly we were really nice surprised. Hotel was in excellent location. Few steps to the beach and mamy restaurants and bars. Location 10/10. Beds comfortable. Extra pillow was a bonus. Simple room was enough for a couple. We just stayed there to have a sleep after exploring Majorca so simple room honestly was enough for us. Food was ok. Nothing fancy but ok for 3* hotel. Staff very friendly. Also was really nice surprised about hotel decor. Was nice 👌 we were really satisfied with stay. We had breakfast and dinners. Don't know about drinks and entertainments in a hotel as we were enjoying time outside hotel.

  Disliked: What could be improved is room cleaning. Ladies didn't payed attention to clean the floor. After spending days on the beach obviously you bring some sand on the shoes etc. Also towels are changed every two days not everyday. There was no kettle in a room what could be honestly bonus for early birds. Also no soft light in a room. Could be reading lamp etc. Also lift was very noisy. Definitely need repairing.

  Liked: All staff was fabulous 👌 they make that hotel and all should get a payrise! I only got to know one name so will put it on here - Mikel was super friendly and very helpful. Room was very comfy with a spacious balcony and nice city view! It was bargain for money! Hotel had a great atmosphere with plenty statues and cool design. Room was getting cleaned every day. Superb location, 1 min to the sea.

  Disliked: Walls were very thin you could hear your neighbours. The bathroom was tiny but nice design. Bed bugs in room 220 need sorting.

  Will be back to stay again

  Liked: The staff were very helpful and kind. Warm atmosphere and felt very safe.

  Disliked: Bar closes quite earlier. Small pool area which people lefts towels on loungers all day.
