  Nice and quiet stay

  Liked: The secure key drop was an easy way to get the house keys. The house was nice and huge located on a quite place...

  Disliked: Some furniture where missing like coffee cup only 3 of them for a house that can be used by 6 people. There could be some additional bed pillows...

  Liked: Nice villa 8/10 It's a nice villa with a swimming pool, BBQ facility and a large common area. But you must know, the payment has to be made via their channel directly to their bank, not through booking.com. And they hardly answer any questions once the payment is done.

  Disliked: Stuff communication (Ivan) 2/10 Now this is the part which is a huge red flag. First, they communicated with us with the wrong name and sent the checking instructions (maybe another guest), so that was confusing until we clarified that. But then we asked for clarification that if the sent checking instructions for a particular house number was really meant for us, but we did not get any response. So before we could actually arrive there and get into the house, we were not sure (they weren't responding to our communication). In our total stay of five days, we couldn't communicate with the host (did not answer any of our questions until fourth/last night). The host only communicated whenever they needed to know something (like when is our arrival or departure flight, when we are checking out, where we should put the garbage etc.). This was very stressful as one time even the electricity was gone and we got no reason why that happened even after asking (luckily that was the last morning of our stay and we departed to the airport, but it was 5:30 in the morning so we had to pack our bags in the dark). So yeah, a nice villa, but a terrible host. Or maybe that's just because of being non-european/non-white guests.
