  Friendly service and convenient transportation

  Liked: One of the staff members was exceptionally kind and helpful, which we really appreciated. The hotel is over a mile from Portomarín, but it offers a convenient shuttle service that picks guests up from town before 6 p.m. and returns them between 7 and 9 a.m. There is also an on-site restaurant, so finding a place to eat isn't an issue.

  Disliked: The rooms are relatively small and somewhat dated. Our biggest concern was the bedding and towels. They were definitely clean, but they had a lingering, musty smell that made them feel less than fresh.

  Lovely place to rest

  Liked: The staff was fantastic. The food was good and plentiful. The property is a little out of the way but they run a shuttle.

  Disliked: I had a room above the kitchen. It was noisy until about 11pm. Even so it is a quiet location and I got plenty of sleep.

  Would stay there again because of the friendly staff!

  Liked: Clean, comfortable and a nice bath!

  Disliked: A little far from the Camino road but Jaime and staff picked us up and drove us the next morning!!

  Food and staff were excellent 👌

  Liked: Although the property is a couple of kilometres outside Portomarin I was collected from town and dropped back the following morning to continue the Camino. Excellent service 👌

  Think twice before booking this far away from town if other options are available

  Liked: A ride was provided to and from Portamarin- some staff were pleasant (Teresa & evening waiter).

  Disliked: Location was far from town and services - there was no elevator and we had to navigate stairs in one building to retrieve our delivered luggage and then more stairs in another building to get to our room - there was minimal lighting in the evening when using the stairs which poses a safety issue - communication with staff was difficult when trying to arrange pickup - request ice - or ask questions - minimal choices available for continental breakfast
