  Outstanding Hotel Staff in Portomarin

  Liked: Juan and Sonja were the highlight of our stay. Our initial room had an issue and they moved us to a new room immediately and bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. We stayed for two days and we could see how attentive they were to all their guests.

  Liked: Location.

  Disliked: Very tiny bathroom. The shower door was not tightly shut and resulted in flooding the floor. The towels looked like old rags. Portomarin must be a party city. There was music and noise till past midnight. Our young male neighbors were still running up and down the stairs and banging doors close to midnight:(

  Clean, cozy rooms and friendly staff, but some facilities need improvement

  Liked: The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable. Having a bathroom inside the room is very convenient, and towels are provided too. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help!

  Disliked: The towels are quite worn out, discoloured, and frayed at the edges, so they could use replacing. The kitchen facilities also need improvement, particularly the wok, which should be replaced, and the stove, as most of the burners are not working properly.
