Exceptional
Lovely flat, right in the heart of Peurto del Carman
Liked: This is a modern well maintained one bedroom apartment on the Avenue de playa Strip" directly above the American indian Restaurant with a balcony with sea view. There is a Hippo supermarket 50 yards away at the rear for all your essentials. The main playa beach is a 5 minute walk to where there is sunbeds clean toilets, wifi, cafe bars and everything you need for a sunshine holiday.
Disliked: The only slight negative about this place is because it is directly on the strip, there is a reasonable amount of music disturbance in the evening until 1.30 am, so take ear plugs if you are having an early night.

Liked: The apartment is amazing, it’s our second year in a row staying here. It makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect as it’s on the seafront and you’re 2 minutes away from the strip! The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The host is great, he’s very kind and helpful. Everything was easy from check in to check out
Disliked: The only thing we can doubt is we found the apartment very hot some days and struggled to cool down. There is fans in the apartment but I think air conditioning would be much better.

Liked: We had a 5 night stay in the accommodation and there was everything that we needed. Joe the host was amazing and offered lots of advice before and during our stay. The location was absolutely amazing and beautiful right on the sea front. We will definitely return.

Nice, centrally located apartment with a spacious balcony
Liked: Great location in the centre of the 'Strip' with no hills and minimal steps to navigate. Nicely decorated apartment that has a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony with a nice sea view. Plenty of UK & Irish TV channels for those evenings when you don't fancy a late night or the weather is too cold (like it was for us most nights) to sit out on the balcony. Finally, Joe was very pleasant to deal with and a reason to return in itself.
Disliked: Unfortunately we couldn't use the wardrobes due to the strong musty smell so we had nowhere to hang or store our clothes - we did try but we had to wash the clothes the next day. We knew we were staying overhead a commercial premises but didn't expect the noise to start from 8am each morning (bar Sunday) as they cleaned, took in deliveries and generally got ready for the day ahead - not a massive issue but worth being aware of if you're not an early riser. The pillows in the bedroom and towels in the bathroom could do with upgrades but neither are enough to stop us from staying there again.
