Don't stay here
Disliked: The apartments were absolutely walking with cockroaches and fleas, my mother was bitten so bad. When we arrived we were left waiting for hours for our room, we were then giving a room far away from the entrance which I emailed prior to us arriving in July and August. My child has cerebral palsy and my mother has a knee injury, we were told about the ramp, but we weren't told how steep it was which my mam was not able for, also being diabetic my mam needed to be close to the pool bar etc for sugar dips etc. we were then given a room which was closer but still had steps!!!! We put up with it for the week. The poolbar staff were so friendly as were the cleaners, but the reception staff were extremely rude and do not make you feel welcome at all. Will never return again.
Liked: Check in was great, not problems no delays. Pools are fantastic.
Disliked: My only issue was the floors of my apartment were not swept/washed often enough and the sheets on the bed were only changed once in 2 weeks.
Liked: Fantastic location just up the hill, everything you would need for a few days break.

Liked: The pool. It's cheap but you pay for what you get and that's very little
Disliked: Have to Pay for WiFi..pay for a fan and even put a deposit on TV remote. Ridiculous. No power points in the kitchen at all..have to plug kettle into bedroom or sitting area. Uncomfortable bed and no air con.
