  Great stay at Bitacora

  Liked: Stayed in the Deluxe two bedroom apartment above Bar, was very spacious with two bathrooms, two kitchen areas and three balcony areas. Was great for our needs. Appartment was clean and maids visited every second day to clean and replace towels. All staff throughout hotel were very friendly and attentive. Pool was fine and managed to get a lounger at anytime of the day. Great weeks stay at Bitacora

  Disliked: Nothing really, it is up a bit of a hill but knew this before going.

  Nice complex, regular towel change and clean, breakfasts were good but other food wasn’t good

  Liked: Clean complex, no sun bed wars this time

  Disliked: Thought the apartment was a bit dated to other apartments we’ve stayed in on the complex,for what we paid didn’t think it was value for money, had cracked cups, all the cushions on sofa bed were worn and ripped

  Excellent stay for a group of 8. Would stay again or recommend

  Liked: The hotel bar was excellent value for money & good food. We ate some breakfast & lunch at the hotel. The pool facilities were great especially the quantity of sunbeds. It was great having a small supermarket onsite, prices were reasonable. The gym & spa offerings were great also - spa must be booked 24hrs in advance but worth it. Room facilities - shower was excellent, all amenities you could need for a short stay were there - hob, microwave, fridge, iron etc. I would book again.

  Disliked: The room was a bit tight for 3 people - storage in the room was lacking, so 3 people's worth of luggage and clothes etc made for a lot of mess & clutter. Wifi was spotty in the apartment and took multiple attempts to connect each time.
