Exceptional
Far from a moden villa, maintinance needed, its ok but ruined by a building site next door
Liked: The apartment is clean, well equipped and generally comfortable, and the beds themselves are comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately, several of the bed legs are broken or damaged on a number of the beds. One of the upstairs beds has a corner leg that folds underneath it, causing the whole bed to topple over. This is a big maintenance issue and should be fixed. The slightly heated pool is a nice touch, and the balcony has a lovely view over the town and sea.
Disliked: The main thing prospective guests need to know is that the property next door is currently a building site. We experienced substantial construction noise on several days. The work looks extensive and ongoing, and they appear to be preparing for further major work, possibly including a pool. We were told nobody else had complained about construction noise, which is honestly very difficult to understand considering the amount of work taking place immediately next door. There are several other issues that need attention. All the kitchen knives are blunt, and although the villa accommodates six people, there are only two normal mugs. Most of the other cups have tiny, impractical handles. A number of the doors and locks are also frustrating to use. The front door can be difficult, the toilet door needs to be pushed hard before the lock lines up, and the balcony door is extremely difficult to slide. The pool is cleaned and the filtration system works, but it becomes dirty quickly, particularly with the dust being generated by the neighbouring building work. Allowing guests to use the pool cover would probably help. One final warning: don't park down the dead-end road. Park at the top instead, otherwise you risk getting blocked in. The villa could be considerably improved with some basic maintenance and better kitchen equipment, but at present the ongoing construction next door is by far the biggest drawback.
Just perfect
Liked: Everything was perfect. We arrived early and Emilio met us, explained everything to us. The villa had all the essentials. We brought the makings of an Irish fry and even down to tin foil they had. A 6 litre of bottled water Emilio had waiting on us. Everything was made easy for us as being 7 months pregnant I couldn’t recommend it enough, we hired a car and there was parking outside for us. Emilio allowed us late check out which was amazing. Enough seats and lots of space for the 6 of us. Washing machine, irons etc the villa had. There was fans in every room, air con in the sitting room.
Villa Casa Vedas
Liked: Very spacious and close to main strip. Pool was decent size.
Disliked: Half of our stay, temperatures exceeded 35°cvilla. Villa was not equipped for this as there was only fans in bedrooms. One air-conditioning unit was in the main living room area. Nights very very uncomfortable.
Liked: Very clean, lovely pool,everything perfect, the host was very helpful, would definitely stay there again

Amazing holiday in a beautiful villa
Liked: Everything! Emilio is one of the nicest people you could meet he was very kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Villa is clean and tidy. Uk tv channels. Aircon, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Towels for pool also provided also inflatables for pool to use, balls, Frisbees Fridge stocked with water, wine, beer and soft drinks. Great location 5/ 10 min walk to strip. Spar 5 minute walk I would definitely return

Liked: About 10 min walk to main strip. Very good location. Beds were comfortable
Disliked: The wifi didn't work upstairs, a blind in one of the bedrooms was not working properly. The showers were awful. The washing machine was dirty and ruined a couple of items.
Good to know
The living room has air conditioning, the rest of the rooms have fans.
