Guest reviews
Exceptional
Disliked: The location is not good; it is very far from commercial areas and is situated on a small hill, making it quite inconvenient to walk up. The villa is advertised as having 4 bedrooms, but in reality, two of them are located in the basement, below street level. There were no means provided to clean the swimming pool; we had to call the property management twice to have it cleaned, and even then, it wasn't done properly—which is a major concern, especially when traveling with children, as was the case for us. Honestly, it is not worth the price we paid: €3,762 for one week.
First class experience
Liked: This is our third time staying in these villas and having had an amazing experience each time it would not make sense to stay anywhere else. The freedom having your our villa is fantastic and a villa of such high standard is an added bonus. Will definitely be back again.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about
Lovely villa
Liked: Large, spacious villa with big outside terrace and pool. Modern facilities and very well kept. Quiet neighbourhood. Great communication from host although 2 different villa addresses were given during booking confirmations. Easily sorted with taxi driver at the airport though.
Disliked: Villa is approx. 15-20 min walk to the main strip in Puerto del Carmen and it's very hilly. Downhill into town so uphill on the way back! If you have shopping, or bulky items, best to take a taxi unless you don't mind the workout!
Fantastic, we would love to come back!!
Liked: So spacious, WiFi great, lovely pool, washing machine fierce handy
Beautiful spacious villa
Liked: The villa was very spacious, only 15 minute walk to the town and yet so quite and peacefull, it had everything we needed like home from home, there was also a beautiful restaurant Arenas just around the corner with a pool also if you fancied a dip, we had maid service on 5th day to change sheets and towels, the villa was so nice and relaxing we didnt want to leave, we will be back at some stage,
