Liked: They could not have been more accommodating. Excellent service.
Amazing place, 5 star service
Liked: The villa was beautiful and well maintained. The staff members were the most helpful,kindest people ever. Breakfast was amazing, great choices of food. I would highly recommend Villa Alondras to anybody.
Disliked: It is a bit far from the centre but we knew that. Sometimes it wad hard to get a taxi.
Liked: Large room. The hotel is located in a quiet location
Disliked: The room is cleaned every 2 todays. If you stay for 4 nights, the room is cleaned only once. For the price, the room shuld be cleaned every day.
Liked: Beautiful villa, fantastic breakfast choices and a lovely calm quiet vibe. Really helpful to have quite late timings for both brekkie and check out.
Disliked: The only slight drawback was location at the top of a hill, quite a walk from the main areas of the resort. However, it’s really only 15 mins away by foot and a v cheap taxi ride so not terrible by any means.
Disappointed wasn’t same place
Liked: The villa is great superb location and nice being gated at night
Disliked: The beds are terrible, The beds are like sleeping on a bench we actually went and bought mattress protector and duvet to put under the beds for more comfort. We also payed for the pool to be heated €280 extra when we woke up next day after arriving the pool was very cold I messaged reception and said yes pool is heated sir unfortunately they had been heating Villa 23 and not Villa 12, no money just an apology for ruining the first day so what sums up this perfect is I’ve stayed here 3 times before this holiday will I book it again 100% NO and I’m gutted about that.
