  We enjoyed our time at the villa

  Liked: This our second year in a row Love the location and the layout of the villa we hope to book again next year if upgrades are made.

  Disliked: The outdoor furniture needs upgraded. The kitchen drawers don’t close.. The bedroom and hall lights don’t work The couch in living area ea needs replaced.

  Great place to relax and unwind

  Liked: The villa is extremely nice, really nice pool and outdoor area along with great location 5 mins from the strip

  Disliked: Cleaning products would be nice to have as there is no products in the villa along with the neighbour gave out over everything, no jumping in the pool, no music outside, she gave out when I was sweeping the back garden and said I was too loud sweeping the floor, extremely rude neighbour other than that fantastic house

  Perfect location, nice villa but needs a little updating

  Liked: Perfect location. And our host, Yazmina, was exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when we contacted her during our stay. Provided an extra fan for the second room when asked for example, and replaced broken sun loungers within hours.

  Disliked: There were a few issues - the fan actually blew up and took out the electricity, but Yazmina sorted that out straight away. There are a few cosmetic things that with a little work would make this villa exceptional. Kitchen drawers are broken, fridge needs replacing as the shelves on the door are all cracked, no rails for the pool, which is very deep and can feel a little unsafe, it was also quite dirty when we arrived, but when reported, it was cleaned twice during our stay. If these small issues were addressed Id be happy to stay again and even pay a little more as it's the perfect location.

  We had a lovely stay the big bonus was the pool for the kids

  Liked: House was clean and kids loved the pool it’s in a nice location not to far from the beach and main strip

  Disliked: Neighbour next door is a nightmare she was shouting at my kids for being in the pool. Thoughout the week she was had builders in who were making noise from 8am we had to leave the house the noise was so bad. A few maintenance issues through the week but the owner did sort them. We couldn’t get the main oven working but this may have just been us. The house is lovely but a bit dated inside. There’s also no air con so it was hard to sleep at night.

  Lovely villa not a helpful manager

  Liked: Lots of positives location Nice pool Clean

  Disliked: The manager was not helpful. There was constant construction work which put a dampener on our trip no one’s fault but no empathy from the property manager. The key code didn’t come through until an hour after we arrived

  Love the property but dick head neighbour

  Liked: I love so much of this property, kids love it. We did get locked out by accident and the owner was amazing and came down 30 mins later to let us in

  Disliked: The front door lock is not working properly take 5/10 mins to even open the door as there's something wrong with the lock The back neighbour is a dick, moans over everything, music (not even that loud, moaning kids are playing, that they are splashing in the pool. So half the time avoiding the property due to making neighbour before I got into an other argument with her. So even though I love the property don't think we will be going back to it
