Fabulous
Liked: Very spacious and clean villa.
we enjoyed our stay but could have been 10 times better if it was more organised
Liked: the location was good, the apartment was big and spacious and the kitchen facilities were great, bed were very comfortable and the lounge area was good, the communication with the Villa staff was excellent through the app
Disliked: when we arrived we had to call to try and get into the apartment also we had no welcome pack to instruct us with anything about the apartment, also we had to call several times that the air condition would not work and we did not have air con for 4 days in a major heat wave, we had no idea that we had to put coins into a slot machine that kept coming up with a fault and could not get an engineer out because they did not work weekends, also on arrival the hot tub was filthy and the cushions on the outdoor seating area where also filthy and stains on them, we had no cleaners in for the full stay and we had to sleep in the same bed sheet for the full 10 days stay, booking.com should be compensating us for our inconvenience
Liked: Villa was in prime location few mins walk to strip
Disliked: Just had to clean flakes of paint off wall when opened the jacuzzi but its no big issue
Liked: Lovely villa with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staff very friendly and accomodation, especially maintence man who checked in on us regularly and gave us lots of tips for our holiday. Villa was a short walk away from the main restaurants/nightlife which was perfect as very quiet at night time.
Disliked: We did pay a little more than we would have liked. However, this was over the festive period, so most places hiked their prices up. Towels and bedding changed halfway through our stay. We would have appreciated the toilet rolls to have been replenished at this time also.
Great family holiday
Liked: The villa was excellent and only a 10 minute walk from the strip. Very quiet location and neighbours were lovely. Local spar was also only a 5 minute walk away. Staff at Lanzarote vacation homes were fantastic and very quick to respond to queries. Kitchen had everything we needed and great to have access to YouTube and other channels for my children. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
Disliked: Nothing - we had a great time
Great villa with jacuzzi, be careful with hidden charges
Liked: Easy access with PIN code lock, the hot tub was great, comfortable outdoor seating, having a washing machine was very useful.
Disliked: Glossy tiled doors were a bit slippery, coin meter for air con, Some of the electrical sockets need work, especially the upstairs shower room socket by the sink. We felt the cleaning fee which was added on top of advertised price after booking was misleading.
