  Liked: Lovely well maintained apartments with plenty of space and well equipped with air conditioning, use of safe, private sun beds etc as standard. Staff were also very pleasant and accomodating.

  Disliked: Location was a bit out of the centre of Puerto Rico. You would really need a taxi to get to the heart of the resort. However on the flip side the Europa centre just down the road offers plenty of good restaurants and pubs, with a special mention to the Temple Bar for great atmosphere, reasonably priced beer, good live music & great lounge & bar staff

  Disliked: The man at reception when we checked in, wasn't any way welcoming, Bad attitude and ignorant, didn't seem to know his job at all, it took three attempts to get checked in to our room and 35 minutes later, we had stayed here before and had a good experience, but not so much this time, maybe it's under different management, cleaning lady was very nice and pleasant, wouldn't recommend it to anyone to be honest, in general the premises no way as clean as previous stay, huge cockroaches everywhere, wouldn't stay again

  Liked: We loved the size and layout of the apartment, we had a balcony in sun for most of the day The hot tub added another dimension

  Honestly couldn’t fault it the staff were amazing and I will deffo stay again

  Liked: The apartment was stunning with the hot tub and beautiful views And the showers were fab Loved it had a gym
