Liked: friendly and helpful host, very good contact with,the apartment has everything you need,It is clean, the mattress is of very good quality, and the location is very good,
Disliked: the only thing that may be bothersome is the very unpleasant smell from the sewage in the bathroom, which is present in the entire apartment,

Disliked: There were tons of messages from the host with the instructions. But it was not needed. A lot of it is repeat information and it is sent at random times, not all at once, so it is overwhelming and annoying. There was also a terrible, mouldy smell in the bathroom. The microwave did not work at all. The couch is falling apart and the bed is not very comfortable. It is very, very basic. Although i didn't need or expect anything fancy at all, it did feel a bit run-down and overpriced.
Liked: Good contact with the owner by translator (he dont speak english). Comfortable bed. It was clean. Good location.
Disliked: There was 2 smartlocks, one entrence to building - no issues, second one to apartment door, app could not connect with it... We had to call the owner and he propably restart it. There was very bad smell in bathroom. You have timer in shower (enough time to have shower) You need to pay to use washing machine. Kettle look very bad inside.
Sorry, but can't recommend
Liked: Entry to the property was via an app. My Spanish cousins, who drove me there, and I struggled to work out how to open the door and had to contact the apartment owner. He came very quickly and opened up for me. Once I understood how to use the app, it was quite straightforward.
Disliked: The air conditioning came on when the owner wanted it to come on and not when I wanted it to come on. Seems he had a timer set up to only allow it to come on at a certain time of day. The shower, which was quite small (not suitable for a very large person), was also on a timer. I found on one morning when washing my hair that the shower stopped and I had to wait for it to reset. Mean spirited to say the least. The kitchen worktop was patched up in places. Overall, quite shabby. It was obvious that the owner is unwilling to spend any money to make life more comfortable for his guests. Also, for what it's worth, my cousins who have lived all their lives in Reus, said that the street is not in a very salubrious location. I actually didn't feel uncomfortable at any time, but I wouldn't say the apartment is right in the very centre of the town. A short walk will get you there. However, I won't be returning.
Liked: The communication about the entrance (really good with an app where you get entrance for a limited time, the location was also great! We didnt use the balcony because we arrived too late, but it looks really nice!
Disliked: The comfort of the beds, they could be better.
