Very good
A good place to unwind and enjoy quiet
Liked: The decor is lovely, the terrace is delightful, and the staff are wonderfully welcoming.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t quite what we’d hoped for. We didn’t receive what we ordered, and the service was slower than expected. We would have enjoyed another coffee, but decided it wasn’t worth the extra wait or having to explain.
Liked: Unique style Hotel, lots of character. Great restraunt
Very quick stay near the airport - comfortable and what we were looking for
Liked: The style of the main area and the restaurant, padel courts
Peaceful but needs an upgrade
Liked: Has massive potential to be amazing but feels a bit dated and tired.
Disliked: Dated and tired. Room 306 was disappointing, questionable marks on the stone headboard, needed a good overall clean.
Disliked: Very dirty water in the swimming pool, full of algae, not safe to use it! Got health problems. Needs proper maintenance!
It is what it is
Liked: The beauty of the main hotel building and its relocation of its remote location. The friendliness of the staff. Its response to messenger questions was the best I’ve experienced. Breakfast was brilliant and room service provided tasty food
Disliked: Whilst I appreciate its historical status it does lack the normal day to day facilities such as electrical plugs in the room (only one) and extraction systems in the shower and wc. It’s a beautiful hotel regardless.
