Exceptional
Liked: Hands down the best place to stay on the city's coast. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. We loved the staff and house service. What impressed us the most was the housekeepers cleaning the room while we were at breakfast or on the beach. This seamless coordination among the staff really elevates the overall service impression. They helped us call a taxi, recommended where to find the best seafood, and took care of all our requests throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
Disliked: What we didn't like — the breakfast organization: You can choose your preferred time for breakfast at reception, but during peak hours, the service took forever — sometimes up to 45 minutes. There's no standard buffet where you can eat in 20 minutes; it's proper table service, so when it's busy, you have to wait your turn. The menu options were also a bit disappointing. Staying for more than 5 days, like we did, you really wish for more variety. Another inconvenience was not being able to get a coffee whenever you want — you have to keep in mind siesta times and the restaurant’s opening hours/days. In a hotel like this, having coffee machines in the rooms would make a lot of sense. We also didn't like that a hotel this expensive doesn't provide beach towels or umbrellas. Considering it's located right on the coast (which is one of the main attractions) and the nearby beach is wild — meaning no loungers or umbrellas for rent — providing them should be a absolute must-have. Other than that, the hotel is simply incredible.

Lovely Historical Buiding - with some 'buts'
Liked: Amazing location looking directly onto the boardwalk. Historic building with lovely decor. Great breakfast/dining room with direct sea views - breakfast was very good as were the waiting staff.
Disliked: Booked a sea view room it was quite small, being ground floor it had an external door to a small terrace/steps but this was kept lock during our stay. Whilst the bathroom was ok the shower and wc was seperate; it was up a step and devoid of any decoration at all, bland, slippery and institutional.
