Exceptional
I go to Rota every year and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed at
Liked: Super clean and the perfect location. Steps away from the beach. Great communication with the staff!
Disliked: This is my favorite property that I’ve stayed at so far!
The apartment was a real find, and Rota is great if you want to get away from the tourist crowds
Liked: The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Master BR with ensuite on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the second, each with a nice terrace, one very big with spiral stairs up to a private, large roof terrace with fabulous views. Rota is off the beaten path with almost no tourists, very quiet and friendly but Spanish charm. Excellent restaurant on the sea Badulaque Restauracion.
Disliked: After a tiring drive, we were not met at the apartment to get the keys. Walked to the agents office which was closed. Be sure you have contact details for Summerland by Rota in case they are not at the apartment as promised.

Liked: Can’t say enough about how great this place is. What a beautiful apartment!
Disliked: No parking on site but didn’t take away from a great experience.
