Fabulous
We left unwashed and felt cheated. My worst hotel stay ever
Liked: The daughter of the manager was friendly and the beds were ok, but I didn't like the pillow.
Disliked: There was no water in the bathroom during our stay. We were unable to shower or wash or use the toilet. We had just come from hiking and needed a shower. Other guests complained of the same problem, which had been occurring for a few days. They gave us a complimentary breakfast, which was very basic, not the "good breakfast" they advertise. They also accused me of not paying later in an email, when I had definitely given them my bank card to charge the booking as soon as I arrived. Their incompetence is not my fault. When I saw no charge in my account, I believed it was to compensate for the disastrous stay. I tried to call them several times and got no reply.

Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay with great views and friendly staff
Liked: The rooms was very spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. The views are beautiful and add to the peaceful, authentic atmosphere of the location. What really makes the experience special is the friendliness of the staff, who are welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. A great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet throughout the stay, which was noticeable and affected overall comfort. The walls are also quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from nearby rooms. Fortunately, this was only an issue for one of the nights.

Liked: Its location, its comfort level for a very reasonable price point. But most of all the most wonderful welcome from Isabel, who handled my arrival and exit, and cooked a tremendous supper!
Disliked: Nothing at all - beautifully situated and gardens that receive 24/7/365 attention.
