Fabulous
As business person Wifi is an important part of my choice
Liked: Early check-in was good, was too early from my flight
Disliked: Within the whole period Wifi didnt work and even on 12th as public holiday nobody was willing rto serve. Maintenance is on off. The following days then even no Wifi was re-established
No great place at all for angle lady traveling area run down
Liked: Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Exe Puerto de Sagunto, Spain, from 1st to 4th October 2026, which I booked through Booking.com. I feel that the photographs and presentation of this hotel on your website were extremely misleading and did not accurately reflect the location, facilities or overall experience. Firstly, I would like to make it clear that the hotel staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My complaint is not directed at them. Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel and its location were disappointing. 1. Misleading photographs and location The photographs on Booking.com, particularly those showing sun loungers by the beach, gave the impression that the hotel was situated in or very close to a pleasant beachside setting. In reality, the hotel is located in what felt like a largely industrial area, with very little nearby in terms of restaurants, entertainment or places to visit. The beach itself appeared lovely, but it was approximately a 20–25-minute walk from the hotel, through areas that looked rather run-down and uninviting. I feel the photographs created a completely different expectation from the reality of staying there. 2. Safety concerns as a solo female traveller As a woman travelling alone, I did not feel particularly comfortable or safe walking around the surrounding area, especially in the evenings. There was one supermarket nearby, but very little else within comfortable walking distance. I would certainly not recommend this hotel or its location to other women travelling alone who are looking for somewhere they can comfortably explore, walk around or enjoy an evening out. I believe Booking.com should provide clearer information about the surrounding area so that solo travellers can make informed decisions before booking. 3. Outdated gym facilities The gym was another disappointment.
Disliked: Deceptive advertising on the photo area is not what it looks like what you advertise badly done
Liked: The staff were very friendly and the room was a good size and clean. The air conditioning was very welcome!! There was plenty of choice at breakfast. Enjoyed the pool too. We chose this hotel so we could see the total eclipse and it didn't disappoint. The little town nearby was lovely as was the beach. Visited Valencia from there too, so the location was great for that and the eclipse! The hotel even provided the special glasses which we thought was a nice touch. Var prices were very reasonable.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have some coffee sachets in the room, but it wasn't a problem really, just would have been a 'nice to have' for someone who doesn't drink tea.

Liked: The hotel is nice and there is a nice selection for breakfast.
Liked: The clean, spacious room and included toiletries, the pool, the friendly staff and breakfast.
Disliked: The single sheet on the bed, would have preferred another blanket, and the location wasn't great. You definitely would want to be closer to Sagunt or the beach if you didnt' have a car. It was towards the more industrial part of the port.
