Very nice staff; I would just advise to be sure there is a functioning air conditioner in your room
Liked: The staff were very nice. I had a serious problem with the room and, after I politely made it clear the room was impossible to stay in, they really tried their best to address the problem.
Disliked: My main problem was I arrived during a heat wave, and was sent to a room that had a broken air conditioner and the heat was about 95F. It was sweltering and hard to breathe in there. After a couple of hours of exhaustion lying there to recover from a full day of travel, I went downstairs to tell them. They sent me upstairs with a fan that also turned out to be broken. I came back down with it and explained that the room wasn't inhabitable, and then they took action. They put me in another room for one night that had a working AC while they tried to fix that AC but made it clear that room was only available for one night and I would have to go back to the bad room, so hopefully the AC would be fixed. I was therefore anxious that night... Happily, the next morning when I nervously went to the front desk they did say, OK, we couldn't fix that AC but we do have another room for you (I wish they had told me that the night before as I was very worried). That room was good for the following 3 nights, the staff were very nice. No cups are provided, so bring your own cup.
Nothing more than a bed
Disliked: Very small room. Not even one chair available! The air conditioner flows directly to the bed! No adjustments possible. Parking, extremely difficult
Liked: Excellent location, clean and tidy.

Disliked: The check-in process was kinda unusual, and I couldn't switch languages
