Liked: Great location. Very welcoming hostess. Very close to the beach. There's a shop nearby. The apartment is very spacious. We had breakfast on the balcony. Use of the pool is also possible.

  Big comfortable apartment

Liked: Nice big two bedroom apartment with a nice big terrace and close to the beach. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, we really enjoyed staying there! Nice big play pool that is only open in the season and private parking (Quite tight)

Disliked: Not much, only thing is that the terrace looks out to the back at another big apartment building and has the tennis court and playground in front of it. This time of year there were only kids playing and no tennis going on fortunately! Also, winter sun on the terrace in the evenings only.

Lovely, spacious and spotless clean apartment. Great large terrace

Liked: The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely. We liked the terrace and our dog enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen was fully equipped to include dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There were 2 double size bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 ensure shower room. Air conditioning worked well (we used it to warm up the property in the evening as December was warm during the day but cooler at night). The lounge/sitting room was spacious. There is a covered car space. The owner is lovely, very helpful and reply very quickly to any enquiry.

Disliked: The sofa being white leather shows every mark. A sofa cover or upholstery clean would make it look as new.

  Beware of location

  Liked: The property is spacious.

Disliked: This property came up in a search for València but it’s 20 miles away with very little in the way of places to eat or even places to buy food unless you are prepared to drive (which is essential) for 30 minutes.
