Stay away
Disliked: I arrived at the right time and place, but there was no one there. I had to complete the check-in process on my mobile first. This wasn't possible because I had arrived alone; the other person couldn't make it. Since the booking was for two people, both had to register to check in. It was late at night, and I couldn't get in touch with the host. I hit a dead end and tried to cancel free of charge, as I had to find somewhere else to stay. I have never experienced a system where a single issue causes the entire check-in process to collapse. The host claims I didn't show up and refused to accept the cancellation. I disagree and am extremely dissatisfied, as I had to look for a new hotel in the middle of the night.

Holiday in motril
Liked: Communication, welcome and help with TV great. The location is perfect to access beach and lots of areas of andelucia. The different rooms and size of outside space great. Everything required of a home is thought of.
Disliked: The property needs a lot of maintenance and updating. Hot tub unavailable as it is broken but still listed on the property details. Broken deck boards Sun bed held together with screw driver Clothes drier rusty Some of the cutlery needs replacing etc
Very Comfortable apartment in a great spot, BUT DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB AS ADVERTISED
Liked: The Location of the apartment was great with everything on your doorstep, the bedroom and living room was extremely comfortable. Lovely outside seating area.
Disliked: The property is advertised with a hot tub, which is why we booked it, but was not even switched on. We raised this immediately with our contact who told us numerous times it was not included despite our booking confirmation stating it was. If you search this property today it still shows as having a hot tub which it doesn’t.
