  Worst accomodations experience of my life. Avoid like the plague!

  Liked: The room design was fine.

  Disliked: This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any type of accomodations, ever. Where do I start... This is from their instructions after booking the room: "Arrival and Departure Instructions Key delivery: In person, directly at the property. Reception: A team member will welcome you at the front door." - THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE! I arrived at the place and got a message with a link which was supposed to give me instructions to pick up my keys. I click the link and got a message that it was "expired". I called them up and after waiting for nearly half and hour I was given new instructions. I had to pick up my keys are some random location 20 minutes away by car! Obviously I was furious, but made the drive anyway. Upon getting to the location there's no parking anywhere. I had to park 5 blocks away (about a 10 minute walk, these are rural blocks, not city blocks). I get there and don't see anywhere to pick up anything. I call PUSHE again and was told they were going to send me precise GPS instructions. What I got was the exact same link as before. I call them back and they said they would send me pictures of where I needed to pick up my keys. See attached pictures. I finally get the keys and they go back to the property. Turns out they gave me a non-existent address. The place existed, but the information was just wrong. I had to ask the kind neighbors and using my own deduction I was able to find the place. But wait, there's more! I get inside and discover there no soap of any kind. No hand soap, no shower soap or shampoo, nothing. Then I try to connect to the wifi (btw, the cell reception at the place was atrocious using Vodafone) and the network they gave me doesn't exist. I call then up and they tell me to reboot the router, something I has already tried to no avail. They then told me I would have to wait 2 days for them to fix it. So no wifi either.

  A lovely appartment in a great location, highly recomended

  Liked: The accomdation is in a great location overlooking the pool and gardens with its own private outside area. The place is very well equiped with everything that you could need and the wifi is excellent. Communication with the hosts is really good, and they were very quick to help us out when we had an issue with our car being towed away for a parking violation.

  Disliked: Signage for parking! The bays at the side of the road you are not allowed to park in look the same as the ones that you are allowed to park in. There are no warnings, as your car is towed away in the middle of the night (11 p.m.). It costs 180 euros to get it released from the impound 5 miles away. When you are arriving, unloading, and just looking for an available space, it is easy to miss the signs as you parallel park into a space. It would have been helpful to have been warned beforehand to watch where you parked and to have clearer signage. That said, it was clearly our fault for parking in the wrong place, and after the event, I could see this, and so can't really complain.
