  Lovely family stay

  Liked: Lovely apartment, clean, very spacious with everything you need. Excellent communication with staff, good location.

  Disliked: Sofa a bit soft and dated. Some outside noise between 1:30am & 3:30am but this could be expected in a central location in a popular holiday destination.

  Excellent clean apartment in a very central location

  Liked: The location is very central. Supermarket very close by. Quiet, clean and customer service was super. Good storage. Good sized fridge and freezer. You can see the fireworks at PortAventura from the front door which was lovely late at night. 15 mins walk to the park. 5 mins to the town/shops/bars and maybe 10 to the beach. I saw comments about the shower being small, but I thought it was perfect and no issues at all. We did use the bed settee as it was very hot one evening and needed to have the aircon. Key pickup was from another location but wasn’t too far away. We arrived early in Salou and Valeria was able to accommodate us accessing property earlier than arranged which was appreciated. Pool is clean and quiet. No loungers but nice grassy areas so we brought a blanket to lie on.

  Disliked: The pool is across the street which I didn’t realise but it wasn’t a major issue. The apartment is on the 6th floor, again, not an issue as there was a reliable lift. The bed settee is a bit squeaky. Air con is in living room only - we just left all the doors open at nighttime when heat got too much. We had a little difficulty with the door and opening the lock but Valeria is getting it looked into for the next residents.

  Good location, OK for a short stay

  Liked: Good location, it was clean but the property could do with a cosmetic touch up, especially in the bathroom.

  Disliked: The shower is very small and it was almost not possible to get the shower head to stay in position without it continuously falling down. The fitting to the wall is loose and way too low for a tiny shower. One very weak air conditioning unit in the living room, no fans provided and one bedroom doesn’t have a plug socket so you can’t even plug in a fan. Very warm in peak summer heat.

  Was ok,, well not that ok, just about

  Liked: Location, easy to find, easy instructions

  Disliked: One air conditioner for whole apartment so have to leave on with bedroom doors all open, Beds very uncomfortable and pillows ( well no pillows ) just one long uncomfortable pillow for beds) bedroom top covers new a very good wash! And iron does not work, even tho one was left there.
