  Nice relaxed location

  Liked: Good location close to salou and la Pineda, the pool was nice and baby pool.

  Avoid

  Liked: Couldn’t drop off in front, needed to walk. No sound proofing. Could hear everything outside and next door. Loud music from neighbouring hotels till midnight.

  Beautifull property nice staff in General

  Liked: The whole property and hotel staff was great! Shout out to all the great staff who attended us… - the Ass General Manager, wonderful lady! - Marina at the front Desk very nice! - Angel at the swimming pool very attentive and service oriented! - Samira was also amazing. - Gabi from the restaurant. Last but not least a very important lady Chef Alba, we did not had a great second dinner experience at the sister property. She actually handled our complaint very well however we were already upset by the situation. Food (some meat) ran out very early while we actually asked upfront earlier in the day through FO what the buffet had to offer. Once we arrived at the buffet we took a look and went to our seats. After 10 min after arrival the food ran out. What made our experience there less pleasant was the host (a guy) who reacted not service oriented. Also we waited too long to order our drinks while the restaurant wasn’t even that busy as the day before. But overall a great stay!

  Disliked: Dinner items on buffet ran out and the host wasn’t very understanding but also ordering drinks took too long.

  It was fine

  Liked: Good location store next to it. Pool was good and kids area.

  Disliked: Very dated. Rooms are very dated, strong cleaning chlorine smell around the place. Pool area gets very crowded and tight to walk around
