  Good price but staff and cleaning needs improving

  Liked: Location but it was up a steep hill.

  Disliked: Staff in the bar were unfriendly and never cleared any tables. They spent more time chatting. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Layers of dust and dirt. Pool not cleaned. Breakfast “hot food” was cold every morning.

  Liked: Very pleasant staff. Tasty breakfast, best wishes to the chef who was making fresh omlete and pancakes everyday. Clean rooms, convenient location. In November, street parking near the hotel is free. It is possible to request for blankets.

  Disliked: It was impossible to air out the room because the smell of cooking food was constantly present—the hotel restaurant kitchen was likely located directly below us. It is very strange that the hotel has no designated quiet hours, on Saturday and Sunday, there was singing on a stage in front of the reception area until 11:00 PM, and we were staying on the first floor. Although the hotel is surrounded by other hotels, street noise is clearly audible. The pillows were so thin,felt like there’s nothing there at all. Sleeping on two single beds pushed together was uncomfortable. The gym could use more exercise equipment, and there could be more sun loungers by the indoor pool. Radiator in the bathroom is off so it is not possible to dry swimsuit, or towels.

  Absolutely loved my stay, would definitely come back!

  Liked: Hotel was central, so close to the beach and restaurants. Staff were so helpful with organising taxis to the airport. Would definitely come back again!

  Great stay, perfect location

  Liked: Excellent breakfast, great location and fabulous staff particularly Kira in the entertainment.

  A little Gem

  Liked: Great location, extremely fantastic staff from reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff - rooms great size, modern and very clean. Lovely outdoor pool & indoor pool with gym & sauna - Great choice of food and delicious - really could not fault this hotel
