  Lovely stay

Liked: Staff were really good, professional, helpful and friendly. Facilities were good and room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: pools were freezing so indoor pool was always a bit too busy but given the time of year and the hotel closing for winter understand why they arent.

  Unfortunately, not impressed

Liked: Good value overall. Food was good. Hotel was clean and majority of the staff were very polite. The water bottle system was very good and a great way to reduce waste.

Disliked: Room was extremely noisy from the lifts so sleeping was tough ( we were not made aware of location on check in). Sound insulation was non existent. You literally could hear conversations in room next door. Hotels tolerance to smoking is very surprising considering its a family hotel. Smokers outside every door plus we couldn't sit out on our balcony because of smoke also.. Should have zero tolerance in hotel like other family hotels. 2 of the barmen using their hands ( no gloves) to put lime in our drinks. Very unprofessional and extremely unhygienic. On our last night we ordered a bottle of wine with our meal. The police waiter brought it along with an ice bucket and poured us a glass each.. A few moments later another lady came along took the wine out of the bucket and gave the bucket to a couple next to us. Again very unprofessional and made us feel less important. The room was clean however the shower is poor and very slippery. Hotel needs a makeover to improve in some areas.. Entertainment area was large but hard to see with all the pillars in front. Obviously they cant do anything about them but more planning would solve it.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff and very clean

Liked: Pools were lovely and hotel was spotless

Disliked: Got a room at the side of the hotel, as we like to spend alot of time sitting out we didn’t on this holiday. Our balcony faced the back of another building and a laneway below. So disappointed with that

  Okayish!

Liked: Room was okay. there was 3 single beds instead of 2 which i asked for. Restaurant was over crowded for breakfast. i didn't feel comfortable. On the first day the staff were a bit arrogant especially the gentleman at the entrance.

Disliked: The café was nice by the pool. staff were friendly but the food we ordered wasn't available from the menu. It was the pitta bread. although the young lad serving us was helpful and friendly. Credit to him.
