  Liked: Thank you we had a great stay at the hotel. We will definitely be visiting again. A big thank you to all the staff who were very polite and also the great chefs at the restaurant for putting forth such a great variety with every meal. Muchos gracias!

  Poor experience with baby/infant, outdated, shouldn't be a H10 hotel

  Liked: Food was very good for a buffet and staff especially the servers and some of the reception staff were amazing, but good parts did not outweigh the negatives of this place.

  Disliked: Air conditioning was advertised, barely ever on because it wasn't the hot season (summer). We visited in October so apparently if not above 25 degrees it's not activated in their central system. This is honestly disgraceful, you pick a place based off its description and air conditioning and child friendly were both stated. Our child then struggled to regulate the heat throughout the holiday effectively ruining our child's mood (10 months old) and our holiday. H10 Cambrills staff basically said open your door there is nothing we can do, couldn't even offer a fan. How is this a H10 hotel is beyond me. Air con should not be stated as offered if it isn't offered ALL OF THE TIME not just when they fancy it. Wouldn't usually matter but with infants this is just not good enough. The hotel is heavily out dated and definitely doesn't meet the standard of a h10 hotel. Some of the things here were broken: - Lift often didn't open the doors so you had to go to a different floor to get out. With a pram this was a major headache. - Gym equipment, bad equipment, some rusted items, pulley weight system had a loose rig basically making it useless on the way down. - Pool table broken or not usable. When it was raining people needed this as literally nothing to do at this time of the Year near here. - The hair dryer they provided in the room would make the fuse switch. My wife would have to switch it back herself after an electrician had shown her how. Mind blowing that he didn't just fix it, she ended up having to switch it back about 30 times every time she dried her hair. Not to mention the dryer was awful. - children's high chairs were either torn up or missing straps occasionally It actually got too the point where we would just expect everything to broke or just poor quality. We've stayed in H10 hotels before and this is such a drop in quality compared to the others we have visited.

  Really good value hotel, excellent food and pool and near excellent beach but lacking good entertain

  Rooms weren’t clean on check in and missing toilet paper. Had next door room 320 blasting music at midnight. Had to cal

  Liked: Lovely, warm and clean.

  Disliked: Only small thing to mention is the cleaners entered and removed our property and hour before we were due to check out. This shouldn’t happen!
