  I have stayed H10's a few times and overall always a very plesasent experience as was this

  Liked: Breakfast very high standard, staff amazing.

  Disliked: Entainment poor both in quailty and quantity. Bathroom in need of revamp toilet constantitly made noise and moved when used. Roof in voyer leaked, buckets and puddles everywhere, staff struggling to keep floor dry and small kids from toppling over buckets.Tried to read in voyer at one stage but was getting soaked from the leak in the glass ceiling.You can't control the weather and the I am sure the roof can and will be fixed.

  Very good stay

  Liked: Food was very good, Clean room, good entertainment in the evening, Location was very good,walkable to the beach and all tourist attractions.

  Disliked: Need to book ahead and buy a swimming cap before using the indoor pool.

  Liked: Great location, short walk to Port Aventura. Nice spacious room, quiet floor, no ambient noise. Great choice on breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: Rooms were a bit worn, wallpaper peeling off. But clean and housekeeping were good.

  Lovely place to stay with great food

  Liked: Great food and location. Loved the rooftop area very peaceful.

  Disliked: Pool was too cold to swim in and didn’t have a swim hat so couldn’t use the indoor pool Entertainment wasn’t great

  Nice hotel but lack of a/c was an issue

  Liked: Breakfast was good and it was a good location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and bus stops. Pool was nice too

  Disliked: The website and booking.com stated that the property was air conditioned. It was not. The a/c was no longer available as it was autumn - however it was 26 degrees. The room was hot. There were no fans. The website nor booking.com stated that the air con was seasonal. If it had I would have chosen an alternative.
