  Beautiful views and great location

  Liked: were definitely the awesome sea views from sunrise to sunset, the nice pool area, and the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The location is also highly accessible and convenient, sitting right between Tarragona and the centre of Salou.

  Disliked: room cleanliness needs improvement. the room itself was quite dirty. Specifically, the toilet and the telephone were very dirty, which was disappointing. Aside from these cleanliness issues in the room, everything else was perfect. With a bit more attention to housekeeping, this would be an amazing place to stay.

  Excellent location with stunning views

  Liked: The location and also view from the room and pool area.

  Disliked: Our bathroom wasn’t fully clean - there were hairs in the shower tray.

  Bad experience and not worth the money

  Liked: Great location and nice pool albeit small. The play room for children.

  Disliked: The A/C ws completely non-existant. In the heat and humidity of Salou this is unacceptable. Even in the room I was sweating all night as you can't adjust the temperature. Lobby and halls worse. Personnel was also very very rude, once I raised my hand to call a waitress and she looked at me and said "no" and kept walking, that's just an example from several incidents. The price in this hotel is that of a 5 stars with facilites and service of a 3 star (at best).

  Not good, probably the worst 4 star experience. It’s run more like a hostel

  Disliked: A heavy drainage smell in the room that disturbs even your sleep, when asked reception says it’s all around the town.. room was not cleaned daily, when asked it’s assumed we had DND sign on and we didnt.. If you dont have coins to buy water from vending machine your only choice is to walk to supermarket outside of the hotel or overpay at the bar. No complimentary water in the rooms and no room service. In the morning until 8:30 impossible to get coffee.. nothing absolutely nothing in the rooms and restaurant opens late for breakfast. During an afternoon we wanted to have a drink and not possible indoors, bar is closed.. in high heat you need to sit by the pool
