  Overall a decent stay but could have been better

  Liked: The food was good and had a broad variety of meals/drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a few extra facilities like a gym, pool tables etc. which was a nice touch. The daily evening entertainment was also fun and something to look forward to in the evenings.

  Disliked: The pool was quite small for the size of the hotel. The rooms were quite loud as we could hear neighbours as well as people in the hallway making loud noises, particularly in the night once people return from going out. The overall facilities of the hotel felt somewhat lacking however and could have had a few additional things to keep busy. The inside of the hotel can get very busy if it starts raining outside, with limited seating.

  Disliked: The obnoxious young man behind the bar. I believe his name was Van. We have already put a complaint into the hotel directly. His language was unacceptable for a “4*” hotel. He forgot who was paying his wages!!!!!!!

  Basic, budget accommodation. Unhelpful inexperienced staff

  Liked: Bedrooms were comfortable, basic but clean and was quiet location.

  Disliked: The reception staff were very rude any time we had to make enquiries, they stated it wasn’t their problem and the manager was never there but the staff never took our name or room number etc to pass on messages to the manager. They were very young. The sun loungers were awful. The pool area was so crowded. The food area was like a canteen, bright lights, in the basement. The drink included was awful.

  Nice break

  Liked: Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for two people but it might be a squeeze for any more.

  Disliked: The lifts were constantly breaking down and people were getting stuck. They were also very hot without Aircon so getting stuck would have been awful. We had b&b options...there was plenty of choice and I'm not a fussy eater but honestly very little that I enjoyed....went out for breakfast a couple of times..pool was really small and always full... around the pool somewhere viators left a lot of mess...I had to clear a mess in order to sit...I know that staff cleared at the end of the day but didn't see this happening throughout the day..
