  Fantastic location good value for money

  Liked: Fantastic central location,in the main strip in a 2 minute walk down a slope.always found a sunbed which was great,no getting up a stupid o’clock as the pool area isn’t open until 10am. Very comfortable spacious rooms

  Liked: Lovely Spotless hotel Beach is roughly 150 meters from both Capellans and Levante beaches. And there lovely sandy beaches. Surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants, and just a short drive in a taxi or bus ride to PortAventura World theme park. And the same with Aquapolis water Park

  Best In Class!

  Liked: I love the laid back vibe in the hotel. I love the friendly and attentive staff. I like the fact that the maids can be trusted and I love the fact that Cristobal always went out of his way to make my daughter feel like a princess. He is so good with all of the children in the dining area and all of the adults too. He's a fantastic host. We were very sad when leaving the hotel yesterday as it feels like an extension of our own home now. The staff always treat us very well and are always incredibly respectful. No matter what we needed, it was provided instantly. Thank you, sincerely. You guys helped make our time in Salou very memorable.

  Disliked: There's not really anything that I didn't like. It wasn't my first stay at the Best San Francisco and it most likely won't be my last. I knew exactly what I was getting when I booked our latest stay. The food isn't to mine or most other British guests taste but that's ok because it works for a lot of the other European guests. The rooms and bathrooms are beginning to look well used, a little bit dated and in need of refitting but they are still very clean and functional spaces for a family of three to live in for a week or two.

  Great location and very helpful staff

  Liked: The location and the helpfulness of the staff

  Disliked: Having to pay 5 euros daily for a kettle, it’s a 4 star after all, I expected a kettle in the room Pool was small for the number of people using it
