  Not 4 star

  Liked: Ok, a good range of foods

  Disliked: Toaster to slow, need more coffee machines, paying 15.50 euro for 1 lt of Pepsi at evening meal is disgraceful!!

  Amazing!

  Liked: Everything, couldn’t fault it one bit! Pool’s were amazing very accommodating to everyone’s needs multiple slide’s large pool, small heated pool for the babies, cute little games room& a cute little park out the front. Food was 10/10 so many options so no matter what mood your in there’s something there you would want, the staff were great had trouble with taxi to the airport and the guy at the reception come to the rescue! Just want to say a massive thank you to the cleaner Jessica not only was the room immaculate everyday! She’s was amazing with my son he can be a little shy but on the first day she made him feel so comfortable making him laugh, making sure to say hi to him everyday day! He knows now Hola because of her and now refers to her a “my friend” 🥹 our first experience in salou sure has been one to remember and I can’t thank you all enough! We will definitely be back again!

  Perfect for waterplay for kids but food was not great

  Liked: Location, rooms

  Disliked: The chef. Food was only ok and the grill guy was overcooking the fish, as a result it was dry. Also not much variety as every day burgers or hotdogs, they could have done more selection of grill meat. Restaurant design. No toilets there and the next available was over reception which it was not even in the same floor. The fact that you need to queue in front of the lift and stairs created caos at pick time, also complicated to queue with pram, wheelchair, etc

  Great

  Liked: Very clean, location was fab, close to the beach, we spent a great week here. Good for children. Slides and pool good.
