  Liked: Octavi met us at the apartment on arrival. He was very friendly and helpful with immediate response to any queries. The apartment is perfectly located across the road from the main beach. It is exceptionally well kitted out with everything you could need....including airfryer, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer and hairstraightener. Comfortable living area with 2 couches and Netflix. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment has been renovated recently so very modern. Everything is spotless. Lovely balcony areas. Washing machine and dryer. Sun chairs provided for the beach and pool area. Welcome soft drinks and beers in the fridge were a nice touch also. Cupboards are stocked with a variety of useful condiments including salt, pepper, vinegar, spices, sugar, oil etc. Highly recommend this apartment.

  Liked: Everything,the apartment is absolutely beautiful and well designed, well equipped with all we could possibly require..we especially appreciated the highest possible standards of hygiene and spotless cleanliness,.the balcony off the main living room is large and beautifully furnished.. lovely planters. very relaxing space.. with trees opposite giving privacy and a lovely tranquil atmosphere..a magnificent Italian restaurant steps away from the swimming pool was also to be highly recommended. The apartment is situated in a lovely residential area but minutes away from the sea front all amenities. It was a joy to have the opportunity to pay for private safe secure garage parking..with direct access to the apartment building.. A truly delightful vacation.

  Disliked: Our visit was far too short..we wished our stay was longer.

  Beautiful location and very welcoming staff, we cannot wait to go again

  Liked: Octavi was so kind and welcoming. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there, we were able to cook ourselves. Lovely location, the beach right on our doorstep

  The cleanest and best we have stayed in

  Liked: We were met at the apartment by the host Octavi who was very helpful. The apartment is spotless and has everything you could need and more. It is central to everything supermarket beaches restaurants shops and buses all just outside the door. There are two spacious balconies with plenty of seating and lovely plants. We would highly recommend.

  This air bnb was fabulous

  Liked: The location was perfect and it had a washing machine, and tumble dryer which was handy if you only had hand luggage.

  Disliked: If I had to be picky I’d say the beds where a little hard, but didn’t spoil it in the least

Please note that the pool is open from 1st of June until 15th of September.

- Cargo extra por early check-in: hasta 7 horas antes del check-in, 50€ , sujeto a disponibilidad y previa aprobación de la solicitud. Más de 7 horas, se cobra una noche extra.

- Cargo extra por late check-in: de 20.00 a 22.00 horas, 30€ y de 22.00 horas a 00.00 horas, 50€. Después de las 00.00horas no es posible realizar el check-in.

- Cargo extra por no presentarse a la hora acordada con el cliente: 50€ . Si el cliente acuerda con la propiedad una hora de llegada y por causas no justificadas el cliente cambia el horario de llegada o no se presenta, se le cobrarán unos gastos de personal para recibirle en dos momentos diferentes del día. En el caso que el retraso se deba a causas de fuerza mayor, cosa que deberá acreditar, no se le cobrará ninguna cantidad, siempre que nos avisen con suficiente antelación del cambio de hora prevista por causas justificadas.

- El cliente, se obliga a dejar el apartamento en las mismas condiciones que encontró durante el check-in. Por lo tanto, es responsable del orden y limpieza durante su estancia. Hay que dejar el apartamento limpio, ordenado y haber tirado la basura tras la salida. El cliente no está obligado a hacer las camas, ni lavar las toallas y las sábanas a la salida a no ser que tengan manchas específicas.

- No se permite utilizar las toallas del apartamento para ir a la playa o a la piscina

- La celebración de fiestas sin autorización, comporta la pérdida total de la fianza sin excepción y será motivo de expulsión.

- No respetar las normas de la casa (limpieza, orden, basura, dejar restos de comida en nevera y congelador, manchas o desperfectos), puede comportar la pérdida total o parcial de la fianza.

- No está permitido usar tintes para pelo o ropa en la ducha ni en cualquier otro area del alojamiento.
