  Enjoyable

  Liked: The room was comfortable, and clean and super bathroom facilities loads of space and the shower wow, so much space with like water fall effect loved it. the breakfast was good overall a wide variety and the staff were friendly. Would def stay there again.

  Disliked: There was a mix up with our booking we booked through a third party, we thought we had booked for four nights but our booking was only for three, we went to reception when key wouldnt work, we were unaware of this, staff said nothing just gave us another key, then I was showering and the cleaning ladies kept coming straight into the room this annoyed me, they thought we were checking out but no body said anything we didnt just stay in the room we were unaware of the mix up, until another cleaning lady asked me to go to reception thats when we were told, the problem was rectified but I feel reception should have informed us or phoned the room instead of the cleaners just opening the door and coming straight in

  Room for improvement

  Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size with a lovely balcony overlooking the town/beach. It was located on a quiet road, walking distance to the beach and shops. Our bedsheets and towels were clean and replaced as needed.

  Disliked: The cleanliness of the room, in particular the shower and sink areas could have been greatly improved. In addition to this, the glasses which came with the bathroom had the remains of a previous guests toothpaste/toothbrush stains. There was also a fowl sulphur smell coming from the drains which was overwhelming by the end of the week. There was no indoor bar/ restaurant which was a shame, as we had nowhere to have a meal during a storm on one of our nights. The outdoor bar area is nice but was not open every day that we were there and the pool needed some attention regarding the cleaning of leaves etc. The pool did not seem to be cleaned the entire week we were there so we could not enjoy this facility. Our air conditioning failed mid week leaving the room quite stuffy. The coffee machine came with less than a handful of disposable cups, which were not topped up as the week went on.

  Very chilled relaxing hotel for a few days in the sun

  Liked: Very quiet and chilled hotel Large bedroom and fantastic shower Staff very helpful Walking distance to main area Room cleaned every day 💯 would stay again

  Disliked: No shower mat in shower floor very slippy Balcony door has to be closed for air-conditioning to work in room Cups used for coffee weren't changed, only a minor issue
