Just about Ok for a couple of days

Liked: The location of the apartment was fantastic, literally two minutes from the sea front. The apartment was a reasonable size and whilst you could t really cook in the kitchen it was handy to have basic facilities including a fridge freezer.

Disliked: Check in wasn't straightforward as the apartment owner only speaks Spanish, we managed via one of their friends and Google translate. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with some tlc. There seemed to be a special way of getting the hot water in the shower when the owner showed me but unfortunately later on we couldn't get anything more than a cold trickle from it. One serious issue we found were the other residents in the building two nights we had very loud people partying in the upstairs apartment till 2am. The landing area also smelt heavily of cigarette smoke which was coming from a neighbour's apartment.

  Never again/Apartment needs renovation

Liked: The location close to the bus station, Salou Entertainment Center, beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

Disliked: Common area of apartment complex. Poor condition of apartment complex and hired apartment and equipment. Very small kitchen (only 1 person can stand in it) and shower cabin. Unattractive view of common area of apartment complex and apartment (does not give you a feeling that you are on holiday). Lack of noise isolation (you can hear everything from your neighbours). I don't understand that this apartment gets such a high average rating. Polyester blankets.
