  Not going back

  Liked: The only good things were the attitude of the receptionist, the man who fixed the balcony the second day, the proximity to the beach and the fact that there’s a washing machine.

  Disliked: The sofa was old and dusty, the balcony door did not lock and the room is on the first floor; when I called and told them we don’t feel safe like this, they said they could not do anything for the first night. The building would have made a good vacation spot, probably like 30 years ago… Throughout the stay I tried my best to avoid to touch the sofa.

  Nice Apartment with a significant inconvenience

  Liked: The apartment is excellent for a holiday! The location is fantastic, it’s extremely clean, and everything has been thoughtfully provided — there is a hairdryer, cleaning products, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, and even an electric kettle. Communication was excellent as well.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, there is one major downside: the check-in and check-out process. As other guests have mentioned, the keys must be collected and returned at a different location. However, the walk takes about 30–35 minutes each way, not 15 minutes as stated. This is very inconvenient and poorly thought out. It becomes an even bigger issue if you are traveling with a child, especially in hot weather, or if you need to go to or from the airport before or after your stay. In those situations, it is far from practical. Next time, no matter how attractive the price is and despite all the other advantages (and there really are many!), this negative aspect outweighs the positives for me, and I would not book these apartments again.

  Liked: Clean and comfy. The block is well located everything in a walking distance. It has a bar/resturant where you can take coffee/ breakfast /a drink and sit inside the apartment grounds, with view of pool (parts though a bit limited).

  Disliked: Lacks proper self catering equiptment. 4 tiny drink glasses, no wine glasses, no pint sized glasses. No bottle opener either. Bathroom sometimes smelt of drains. Outside furniture was uncomfy and you would sit and sweat, needed seat cushions.

  Good location, poor quality service

  Liked: The pool! And the location, as it was just first line to the beach.

  Disliked: Check-in was in another location different to the apartment (25min walking distance). The place was cosy as expected, but the fridge and the main light weren´t working. The host was taking time to reply and even when we raised the issues for the second time, nothing was changed or done during our stay.

  Nice place if you have transport and beware of the cockroaches

  Liked: I liked the fact that it was so near to the beach and the places around. The house was comfortable and the amenities and appliances are all included.

  Disliked: I did not like the fact that to get the key (and to return the key) of the apartment is a great distance. You need to drive at least 10 to 15mins for it. It's absurd. Luckily we rented a car as transportation around the area is poor and if we needed to walk, it would've taken us about an hour. Also, I must say that the apartment is full of cockroaches. We found 4 in the bathroom and 2 in the kitchen and everyday it was like that. I would rate this place completely poor it itif it wasn't for the customer service ESPECIALLY Janet who was soooooo kind and sweet.
