Had a nice holiday but wouldn’t stay there again

Liked: Location was great. All staff were very nice and helpful. Theme parks tickets were included and free shuttle.

Disliked: Room was clean but dated. Handle was hanging off the bathroom door. Air con wouldn’t work. Patio door was so stiff we could barely get it open. Toilet seat was chipped. Queues for the restaurant were like nothing I’ve ever seen but there were obviously empty tables.
