  Liked: The location was excellent, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

  Disliked: There was no Wi-Fi in our apartment, and the air conditioning worked only intermittently. Overall, the premises felt tired and were in serious need of refurbishment and modernisation.

  Liked: Location but lots of other hotels around to choose from which sure are much better an with working facilities

  Disliked: Staff where terrible only booked because off location an air conditioning. Air conditioning didn’t work, bathroom dirty wholes in sealing with leaking water

  Very good

  Liked: Apartments were spotless and quite large. Our flight arrived in at 10am so we were able to check in early for extra €20 which was great. Location was excellent, very central to beach and nightlife being only a few minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

  Disliked: Only one mirror in bathroom so not ideal for five people getting ready. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. No change of towels during our 5 day stay so we had no option but to wash them.

  Building Site with no Air Conditioning in whole building

  Liked: We didn’t end up staying after we realised the whole block had no air conditioning. Good location.

  Disliked: It’s a building site, work still being done in public areas no lift, no air conditioning in whole building. Staff were not honest with us when checking in and did not inform us there was no air conditioning. It was 30 degrees and our 10 year old has asthma. Staff on the desk were very very slow at checking us in. Older guy seemed annoyed when I complained that there was no air conditioning and said Booking.com should have told me. Their own website still states that they have air con in the rooms which is a lie. We were moved to another outdated apartment down the road when we had booked a superior apartment - absolutely shocking customer service. They are now disputing refunding my money. Note they also take quite a large deposit from you and if you don’t take out your own rubbish or leave any personal belongings you don’t get it back.
