  Horrendous, dealing with a money grabbing, careless company

  Liked: The Breakfast seemed cheap looking, but was ok!

  Disliked: Nearly everything, they charge you for, a kettle a hairdryer, a toaster... They told us to boil water in a small silver pan, if i did not want to pay for a kettle. How dangerous to have boiling water in a pan. They took all the orange bed covers out the rooms and just left white sheets, I had to buy a cover, so if it is cold your in trouble, they also did not want to know if you needed any help, that did not involve money. There is a £200, deposit for the room. God help you if you break something. A woman fell off their step, and slightly sprained her ankle. when we told the girl, she just said, phone an Ambulance. Not like bring her in and put her on the couch, in the reception. They were very nasty, stayed there 3 times, and each time they just got worse, never again, no holiday makers had a good word to say about the staff.

Good to know

Please note, from the 15th June to 15th September reception will be open 24 hours. During the rest of the year it will be open until 20:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

From November 5th until Easter, keys should be collected from the Rentalmar Reception at Navarra Street, 2, Salou. The rest of the year key collection takes place at the apartments.

Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.

Please note that parties are not allowed and noise should be kept to a minimum after 23:00.

When booking more than 4 units, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that guests are asked to clean their accommodations before checkout.

Arrivals outside reception business hours must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival, and there is an extra fee. The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
