Liked: Was put on 6th floor lift only went to 5th room smelt off sewage. Bathroom door if you closed it you couldn’t open it from inside. Room decor terrible. Told receptionist. Told her room number she never even said hello just wats wrong. Then had the wat you want me to do look on her face. Checked out this morning refused to give refund for safe key cause I had no receipt even though key was to my name and room number in her wee book. Got to say but cleaner always done a great job.
