  Liked: Apartment was clean and comfy

  Short walk to main beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Great holiday for my family

  Liked: The apartment is big. The pool in the complex is great and wasn’t too crowded. It was clean and well kept. The communication from the apartment managers was good and very helpful.

  Disliked: There was nothing that we did not like. We would happily stay here again.

  Disliked: Not fit for a family of 7 - Misleading beds + Missing linen + No support We stayed 7 nights in July 2026 in the "Two-Bedroom Apartment" for 4 adults and 3 children aged 10, 12, 14 at Saval Spa Aqquaria Family Complex. Main issues: 1. Misleading bed configuration + missing bed/linen Booking listed: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed, Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed + 1 twin bed, Living room: 1 sofa bed. On arrival Bedroom 2 only had 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed. The twin bed was missing. The sofa bed had no sheets or cover. 2 people had to use our own beach towels as covers to sleep for 7 days. The property’s response: "the apartment corresponds to the accommodation offered and has been used by many groups of up to seven guests". 2. Not enough basic amenities • Only 1 trash bag provided for 7 days, 1 toilet paper per bathroom, and no trash bin in each bathroom. • We had to wash towels every day for hygiene. • No basic amenities at all: no medical kit, no salt, pepper, etc. We had to buy everything. 3. No on-site support + €300 caution in advance Check-in is online/self only. On Day 1 we arrived at 23h went to Ibersol reception because there was no signage or representative. They refused to help and said they don’t manage Saval Apartments. And the African man said: i can’t help you, I have a lot of work to do Booking contacted the property. The property replied: "Had you contacted us directly on the first day we would have assisted you immediately". Basic common sense, if you have 7 guests, you should’ve directly put all the amenities like trash bags, towels, toilet papers etc. And 300€ security deposit was also requested and taken before arrival. We reported everything to Booking.com immediately. The property did not accept there was a problem on their part and refused any refund. Booking.com stepped in and refunded us with wallet credit.

  It was a lovely stay and we would stay again. If communication is better

  Liked: Huge apartment plenty of space. Great location.

  Disliked: Very poor and unresponsive to contact not even booking.com could contact them to try to book an extra night, which then lead me to booking two apartments. Did try to cancel one but they won’t accept it so had to pay for both. Gate to the ground floor terrace was broken so felt a little nervous. Only one set of keys which is not ideal for a family, as I got locked out. Still had no contact from property and only one deposit returned to me we left on 09/02/26.

  Liked: WiFi was good. Hot water and shower good.

  Disliked: The apartment was shabby. Beds are uncomfortable. Could have been cleaner. Confusing messages and communication before arrival. I outer door from kitchen would not close properly. Oven door wouldn't close. An unpleasant smell in the small bathroom. Indoor swimming pool was closed for the majority of the stay. Storage unit wouldn't close, kept springing open. Would have been nice if there had been information about local restaurants and shops as there is no one around to ask.
