Cool, comfortable & cosy
Liked: Air conditioning is great, cleaning always very good, bathroom good, location superb, right in the middle of everything. Staff are always friendly, polite & helpful.

I’m not going back to that hotel. It was not a three star hotel. We were deceived

Disliked: It was not a three star hotel. The facilities were not there. There wasn’t a cafeteria, no restaurant, no front desk personnel. The alarms sounded in the middle of the night and we were left to fend for ourselves, having to call the police. The fire brigade didn’t even show up. The beds were very lumpy, the linens scratchy. There was no shampoo, and there was a fee to use the room safe.
