  A perfectly located, welcoming property — nothing but positives from our stay!

  Liked: The location is excellent - bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, the beach is just 5 minutes away, and Lo Pagán Beach is around 10 minutes on foot. The local beach bars are also very close. For those arriving by bus from Alicante, you can ask the driver to stop at Lo Pagán, which is only a 5-minute walk to the property. Mercadona supermarket is roughly a 21-minute walk. Sun loungers and umbrellas were available to take to the beach, which was a lovely touch. We were warmly welcomed, and our early checkout was accommodated without any issues. We also happened to be there for the air show a fantastic bonus! A highlight was the local market on the next street, which ran on Thursdays an amazing, authentic Spanish experience just one minute from the property.

  Disliked: No major negatives, just a couple of suggestions. It would be helpful to include information about local markets in Lo Pagán, San Javier, and San Pedro del Pinatar in the property’s guest information. We would also have loved to visit La Manga by boat, but unfortunately missed the trip due to not having the right timetable. Including local boat trip schedules and excursion information for guests would be a great addition. Knowing what’s available nearby and when would really enhance the overall experience.

  I had missed my flight so arrived later into a different airport so it started quite stressful but as soon as I arrived

  Liked: This apartment was extremely comfortable had a lovely balcony and was so close to a lovely beach not too many tourists

  Disliked: Not a thing I loved it
