Liked: exellent wide choice of food.Staff very friendly
Disliked: Nothing everything was exellent
Because of the awful carpet, I consider it as not good value for money
Liked: The room is modern and clean. However it needs little maintenance (furniture). The hotel main areas are also modern and nice. The bed was quite comfortable and pillows were good. That's very important! AC very quiet that's a great point.
Disliked: Change the carpet in the corridor of the rooms. It is just unacceptable and makes the whole experience average instead of good! The carpet is just awful and smells! I was surprised that the staff was not so welcoming and nice. Very average while in Spain people are very nice and welcoming. So in a hotel one would expect that!
Liked: The property has been beautifully renovated and feels very luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again!

Disliked: wow, the gym was TINY and very warm with no AC, I booked the hotel in hopes to have a good workout but this was less than inspiring.
Glossy Pictures, in reality it’s dull, dirty pool and lazy employees
Liked: No terrible stay. Staff unhelpful, dislike English people. Felt very unwelcomed. doesn’t work well with Booking.com. Was sending us away as couldn’t find booking. Very rude. Food good when available, pool area disgusting but looked lovely in pictures.
Disliked: Staff were rude, talked a lot to each other and didn’t acknowledge us. Weekend nothing opened so hard to feed your kids etc. pool full of birds and bird poo, towels not collected over night. Decking is a death trap. Broken missing in places and screws sticking up. Pool not cleaned at weekends. No English speaking employees, location not great but we knew that. Can’t even get a coffee after breakfast untill 4.30pm. Expensive to be ignored and dismissed. We were bitten lots either by bedbugs, or something else. Worst experience ever.
