Great apartment in the centre of town and perfect for a group on the Camino
Liked: Great apartment in the centre of town and perfect for a group on the Camino. Everything is clean and comfortable!
Disliked: I had read the reviews and saw that we had to pick up the keys from another location. Because we were hiking on the Camino I knew we would be tired so i asked in advance about the keys but wasn't told their location until i arrived at the apartment. And then i had to ask again for the lockbox code once I reached the lockbox (just 150m away but we were pretty tired from hiking). It wasn't a big problem but it would be great if the owners could tell you the location of the lockbox before you reached the apartment. This probably only is a problem for tired people walking the Camino. Once we had the keys everything was easy and I would still recommend this apartment

Liked: Location was great, it’s quiet and everything needed is in the apartment.
Disliked: It wasn’t particularly clean with ALOT of hair on the floor throughout the apartment. As others have mentioned, the shower doesn’t drain which is a bit gross. The key pickup isn’t as easy as it could be - I suggest providing a picture or name of the business where the lockbox is located.

Disliked: The check-in process was horrible. They sent us to a mailbox to get keys. The address is not marked on the building. We walked up and down the street trying to find the “mailbox “. Once we tried a mailbox we got it to open but no keys. It took multiple phone calls and a long time to get someone to respond. The shower doesn’t drain. You stand in scummy water. Disgusting! The place was not cleaned. We walked into a place that was total disarray and dirty. All the beds were tossed about with dirty sheets. The bathroom had dirty towels tossed about. The kitchen had food on the table. The refrigerator had food in it. The trash was full. The place should not have been listed as available. It was a disaster. And the owner offered a slight discount. I believe Bookings should discontinue listing this property or the owner should take responsibility for their absentee oversight and clean up their business… literally.
Absolutely fantastic and my wife and I highly recommend this accommodation!
Liked: So very comfortable and spacious. So many dining options just steps outside the door. And the beautiful church is right out the living room window and a 2 minute walk.
Disliked: No complaints whatsoever.
Liked: The location just one block over from the Cathedral was great. There were several restaurants from which to choose.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
Liked: Clean comfortable, great location.
Disliked: No Wifi, no shampoo, 4 people renting and only 2 coffee and limited tea.
